The UoH and Youth Activities Development Center Organizes a Symposium

The UoH together with Youth Activities Development Center in Halabja held a symposium on the 26th of February 2018.
Mr. Arian Ali Hamid, the director of international academic relations, on behalf of the UoH warmly welcomed the attendants. During his speech, Mr.Arian stated that the UoH's duties include holding such an academic symposium.
He further added, "the UoH is always open to governmental and non-governmental organization whenever they have scientific plan and they want to work with our university".
Mr. Arsalan Abid, the manager of Youth Activities Development Center stated, "The main objective of the simposium was to serve youth in Halabja governorate"
The symposium was based on conducting a statistic among young people between age 18-35 years by Mr. Faisal Ibrahim.
Dr. Rebwar Siwaily, the University of Salahadin lecturer, began to evaluate the statistic in many ways.
During the symposium, Dr. Rebwar and Dr. Kawa jointly put forward a proposal concerning opening a department of Culturology or Science of Culture. Then, Dr. Siwaily provided the UoH library with a number of books which were printed by Kurdish Academy. At the end, Dr. Nariman Adbualla, dean of College of Humanities, gave the UoH awards to Dr. Rebwar and Mr. Faisal.
