300 gr grated coconut half old
5 pieces of lime leaves, torn
150 gr bean sprouts, pour hot water, drain
150 gr long beans, cut 3 cm, boil, drain
300 grams of kale, let the leaves simmer, boil and drain
150 gr cabbage, cut into pieces, boil, drain
100 gr carrots, cut into matches, boil, drain
25 grams of basil leaves

Ground spices:
6 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 curly red chilies
2 large red chilies
4 cm kencur, burn
1.5 cm turmeric, roasted
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to make:
1. Stir well the grated coconut, lime leaves, and ground spices.
2. Steam in hot pan until cooked and seasonings are absorbed (20-25 minutes). Lift. Set aside.
3. Stir well the bean sprouts, long beans, kale, cabbage, carrots, and basil leaves.
4. Add the steamed grated coconut, stir until blended.
