Rosemary Chicken with Sauteed Vegetables
halabjauni – Ingredients:
– Chicken thigh / breast fillet
– Shelled corn
– 1 Carrot sticks cut into matches
– Salt
– Pepper
– Pepper grains
– Rosemary
– Thyme
How to cook:
– Season the chicken with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme
– Heat the grill / teflon with butter then grill the chicken until cooked
– Heat a frying pan with a little butter then saute the corn and carrots, add a little water and season then cook until cooked
– Serve it
